Consultant

Alan Edge is a Director at CS2 Chartered Surveyers, heading up their Northampton office. Alan has a wealth of commercial surveying experience but specialises in project management and contract administration work for 'fund' clients.

Since the establishment of Dacre Property Consultants, CS2 and Dacre have worked in close cooperation, culminating in Alan becoming a Consultant to Dacre in 2018.

​

•    Alan has previously been instructed to provide project management services on a variety of new builds, alterations, refurbishment, and maintenance works with project values in excess of £5 million.
•    Alan coordinates and instructs external contractors and consultants on behalf of his clients; helping to monitor costs and ensure work is completed on time and to budget.
•    Alan is always keen to develop client contacts and to pursue new business opportunities.
